About Me
I was born in Austria, but it was Africa that first awakened me to spirituality, presence and connection.
When I was seven, I spent six months in Nigeria — an experience that left a lasting imprint on me.
It was there that I encountered a different relationship with time, community and simply being present. Something of that experience has stayed with me throughout my life, quietly shaping how I see people and the world.
I will always be deeply grateful for those six months.
Africa has been calling me ever since.
I lived abroad for 14 years — from the streets of New York to the old soul of Glasgow, the sunny coast of Barcelona and the lively green rhythms of Dublin.
And always, Vienna was waiting — a city of beauty and depth, where stillness can be as powerful as sound.
For 20 years, I worked in the technology industry. I experienced firsthand a world shaped by speed, pressure, constant change and the expectation to keep up.
It taught me a great deal — but it also showed me what can happen when we lose touch with our own rhythm.
My own path has rarely been a straight one.
There have been detours, wrong turns and a few falls along the way — but it has never been boring, and it has taken me places I could never have planned.
Years ago, a fisherman said something to me that I have never forgotten:
“It doesn’t matter how often you fall. What matters is that you stand up again.”
Simple words, but they stayed with me.
Perhaps that is also why I don't believe in fixing people.
Life can shake us, challenge us and sometimes bring us to our knees. But it can also reveal resources we didn't know we had.
My path eventually led me from technology into the study of the human mind and human change.
I trained internationally in the USA, UK, Ireland, Spain and Vienna, with extensive studies in hypnosis and Ericksonian hypnotherapy, NLP, systemic coaching, counselling and adult learning.
Today, as a hypnotist and systemic coach, I bring these different worlds together — professional experience, international perspective, psychological understanding, intuition and a deep respect for the individuality of the person in front of me.
Over time, these different threads — Africa, years lived abroad, two decades in technology and my work with hypnosis and coaching — came together in CypnoVibe™.
A space for change that respects the complexity of being human and the resources we already carry within us.
A quiet evolution.
